Convert WAV files to iPhone 3Gs ringtones
These WAV files are already on my pc, and i don't want to use iTunes. I can't figure out how to convert WAV files as my iPhone 3Gs ringtones. Is there a free solution?

Pre-listen the file to find a favorite segment that will be converted as iPhone 3Gs ringtone. Then drag and click the start & end slider to set your wanted segment, or type the start and end time in the corresponding text box directly to get the exact segment.
Click Browse on the right side of "Local Output Folder" to choose the output destination. Check Import to iPhone option, the WAV file will be downloaded to your iPhone 3Gs as a ringtone directly.
